In consideration of the Mountain's Edge Master Association (the Association"), its governing board, officers, employees, and representatives permitting me to participate in the above mentioned event ( "Event"), l, the undersigned, for myself and my heirs, executors, administrator, guests, and assigns, hereby release the Association, their affiliated advertisers and sponsors, and their directors, officer, agents and employees, from all claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of action for or by reason of my death or injury to my person or damage to my property that I may sustain or incur while participating in Event, as there is physical activity involved. I assume the risk connected with participation in the Event and declare that I am in sufficiently good health and proper physical condition, suffer from NO physical or mental impairment, and have consulted with my physician, as I am aware that participation in the Event involves risk of, and could, in some circumstances, result in injury, damage, or death. I also agree not to make claim or take any proceeding against any person who might claim contribution or indemnity against the Association, or their respective directors, officers, agent, and employees. 

In consideration of the Mountains Edge Master Association (the "Association "), its governing board, officers, employees, and representatives permitting me to participate in the above mentioned event ("Event"). I the undersigned, for myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, guests, and assigns, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Association and its governing board, officers, employees, or representatives from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property caused, in whole or in part, by the act or omission of either myself or my guests while participating in Event, regardless of whether it is caused in part by a party indemnified thereunto. The Association shall control the defense provided by me pursuant to this provision, and shall choose the counsel to be used in such defense. Such obligations shall not be construed to negate, abridge, or otherwise reduce any other right or obligations of indemnity that would otherwise exist as to any party or person described in this paragraph.
